Mazatlan Apartment Rentals
Our Mazatlan Apartment Rentals include 13 units : 1 basic econo-rooms,
3 studios, 5 one bedroom units and 4 two bedroom units including
our new 2 bedroom condo with a private patio. All of our Mazatlan
Apartment Rentals are fully furnished (including kitchen), air conditioned,
and available for rent by the day, week, or month. Group rates are available upon request.
Located in a quiet neighborhood within the Golden Zone, you will
find the main beach is less than a
5 minute walk along with shopping, ATM machines, clinics, shows,
bars, restaurants, busses and more. (click

Our family owned and operated Mazatlan Apartment Rentals are enclosed
for secure parking. You will find our Mazatlan Apartment Rentals
vary in sizes and appearance, but they share several areas to relax
under the shade of our lush tropical gardens or get some sun in
our guests only tanning area. The Fiesta Apartments and grounds
are decorated in traditional Mexican style with lots of rocks, bricks,
masks, bottles, clay and tiles. Some Mazatlan Apartment Rentals
are at floor level while others are located on the second floor.

- Utilities such as water, gas and electricity are included in
the rental price.
RESTING AREAS:
- Open wood cabana – shaded by bush wood and bugambilias,
with table and chairs, electricity and candles (ready for hamacas).
OPEN AREAS:
- The main garden (see QTVR Panorama)
– with two sets of tables and chairs, one shaded by an umbrella,
and the other (more private) with its own umbrella table and chairs.

– with two long wooden tables that seat 8 persons each.
A round wooden table that seats another 8 persons. Brick oven
to charcoal beef, chicken, or fish. A table and sink to prepare
meals. Two ceiling fans with electrical outlets. All decorated
in a mexican decor with dried royal palm tree frame, concrete,
and rocky clay.
TANNING AREA:
- Private for our guests with 3 tanning lawn chairs and table.
All surrounded by a hand made clay wall decorated with clay artifacts,
garden, and dried trees in the walls. Mazatlan Apartment Rental
resting areas are surrounded by several corridors with brick floors,
rustic Mexican decor, and a lush tropical garden that contains
several fruit trees such as coconut, mango, guanabanas, guamaras,
lemons, bananas, papayas and more.
PARKING:
- Our Mazatlan Apartment Rentals have private enclosed parking
for added security. The main gate is closed at night.
